Update

This bass was originaly built with a Artec Sidewinder in the bridge position.
I just could not get to grips with the muddy sound this Sidewinder produced, even in the bridge position.

The new pickup that replaced the Sidewinder, a Chinese dual coil Toater.

I put the innards of the Toaster underneath the Sidewinder cover.
It fitted inside the Sidewinder cavity and cover without any modifications.

Mounted in place and wired up properly.
